is a licensed contractor, your building can built from the ground up, from the
foundation to the finishing touches.

Standing Seam Roof -
Heavy or light weight standing seam roof systems are available with floating
clips to allow for expansion and contraction. Colored, galvanized or galvalume
finishes and a U.L. 90 uplift rating are optional, as well.
Building Colors - Paint has up to a 20 year warranty
through the paint supplier.
Translucent Panels -
Fiber-glass translucent panels are available for roof sky-lights or wall
lights. An attractive feature that also helps reduce your electric lighting
costs.
Window Framing - Window framed openings
are structural Cee channel jambs and sill to insure rigidity. Flashing is
included to close off panel edges. Special flashing is available to seal off
opening when material other than steel siding is used.
Ventilators - Stationary and spinning-turbine ventilators with
jacks that match the roof sheeting and slope, as well as ridge ventilators, are
available.
UL 90 Roof - This wind uplift rating is
available on all roofing systems.
Personnel
Doors - Standard 1 3/4" full flush swing walk doors 3'-0"x7'-0". Includes
standard heavy-duty cylindrical locks, flush hinges, doors sweeps and
threshholds. All doors have insulated cores and heavy duty sub-framing made
from 8" or 9" "C" sections.
Design Loads -
- Live load - 20 psf up to 50 psf are standard. Other
loading available on request.
- Wind Load - 80 and 90 mph are standard. Other loading
available on request.
- Dead Load - Weight of metal building system.
- Auxiliary Load - Cranes, mezzanines, or other
concentrated loadings are available on request.
Sealants and Closures -
- Sealant for sidelaps, endlaps and flashing is 3/8" wide
by 1/8" thick, gray butyl pressure sensitive tape.
- Solid or closed-cell, pre-formed closures with self
adhesive backing on one side, matching the panel profile are provided to help
assure weather protection and provide an air infiltration stop.
Trim and Flashing -
- Flashing and trim are furnished at rake, corners and
eaves.
- A pre-formed ridge cap matching the profile and slope of
adjoining roof panels is standard.
