Policies

	Subscribers to Archaven services have the right to privacy.
Abuse:
	Anything not listed as a right is considered abuse.
	It is understood that materials considered to be abusive can be looked at and otherwise destroyed should they endanger either the server or its customers.
Legal:
	Once a deadline is set, should the customer bring us the required information less than three (3) days in advance of that deadline, the deadline will be extended by five (5) days.
	Prices are subject to change without notice.
	Archaven, the staff and ownership are in no way responsible for inappropriate use of personal or credit card information by its hosted clients. Once the sites are set up, they are solely the responsibility of the site owner(s). Any information transmitted to or from the sites is solely bound by the agreement between the site owner and the site owner's customers.
	No contract is valid unless both or all parties agree to the contract, the contract's terms are clear, the intent of the considered contract is clear to both parties, and both parties have agreed and accepted the terms of the proposed contract. A contract is no longer valid if one party or the other changes the terms of the previously discussed contract without the other's written acceptance of said change of terms. Archaven reserves the right to revoke any offer prior to the acceptance of the offer by the offeree.
